Partnering Opportunities

The IFRS provides organisations with the opportunity for unique strategic insights, exclusive and targeted networking and excellent brand and marketing positioning

A partnership with the Institute will enable your organisation to engage with the national security community in a cooperative and interactive manner. We have a proven record of organisations establishing long-term trust and collaboration with key government stakeholders and customers.

Research

Utilising our distinctive collaboration-based research methodology, we produce comprehensive – yet succinct – research papers that focus on long-term, complex challenges that affect our region. Our papers gain national and international press coverage, and are major intellectual contributions to important debates in our region.

However, world-class research requires first-class support. This is your opportunity to make an impact on decision makers and key thinkers in the national security domain. At any one time, we have several new research projects in the pipeline, and encourage prospective sponsors to consider the policy and reputational benefits of supporting these projects.

We’re also amply receptive to collaborating on a policy topic of your organisation’s interest that is evident has implications for Australia and the broader region.

Partnering with us on a Research activity includes having access to our closed workshops held on the topic, opportunity to contribute to the debate and your company logo on all invitations, marketing material and the final published report.

Developing Future Leaders

An unparalleled program in Australia, the Future Strategic Leaders’ Program mission is to develop the next generation of strategic leaders in Australia and the region, ready to respond to future security challenges.

Innovative events such as intensive, retreat-style Congresses, as well as the most popular national security careers night in Australia, informative seminars with world-class speakers, and networking functions all give future strategic leaders the opportunity to share insights and engage with Australia’s senior national security officials and leaders. With more than 1300 future leaders on our mailing list, the FSLP is one of the biggest programs of its kind in Australia.

Like many of the Institute’s programs, the FSLP is a very practical measure to make a difference for the future and is a great way for sponsors to promote themselves as active partners in the future security of Australia and the region.
